1. Data we collect
- For teachers: phone number (sign-in), name, profile photo, bio, qualifications, demo materials.
- For visitors: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp). No tracking cookies.
- For reviewers (via Parentz, when launched): name, phone number, rating, comment.
2. How we use it
Teacher data is used to render public profiles. Reviewer data is used to attribute reviews and prevent abuse. Server logs are used to debug and protect the service.
3. Data we don't share
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third-party advertisers. We use no third-party analytics or tracking on this website.
4. Camera + photo permissions (mobile)
Our mobile apps request camera and photo library permissions only when teachers upload their profile photo or demo materials. The permissions are not used in the background.
5. Deletion
Teachers can request profile deletion by emailing hello@mentorz.in. We delete personal data within 30 days, retaining only aggregated, non-identifying data (e.g. anonymized review counts) where required.
